How to know and choose your buddhist bangles size?

To find your size, there are 2 methods: 

- Measure your wrist with a tape measure and refer to the size chart 

- Wrap a ribbon or piece of paper around your wrist and make a pencil mark. Then measure the space between the 2 marks. 

Are you between 2 sizes? 

- You can take the size below for a fitted bangle. Warm water and/or soap will make donning easier.

- If you have to remove your rushes regularly/daily, choose the larger size.
