If the product does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us in its original packaging, in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt.

You must specify:

- Your order number


- Your last name

- Your first name


- The reason for your return

The return costs, as well as the risks associated with your return (insured or not) are your responsibility.

We do not offer exchanges, but you can opt for a credit note or a refund . This will be made within 30 days of receiving your request.

No refund will be possible on credits.

You have 14 days to return your order.

During the Christmas period, the deadline is extended until the first week of January. 

To ensure better tracking of returns and orders, we prioritize generating a credit note and creating a new order.

This allows us to better track each of our shipments.

If you prefer a refund, please specify this in your return letter. It will be processed within 30 calendar days maximum.

No refund is possible on an order made with a credit note.
