• Colissimo Pickup Point (delivery to a pickup location, without insurance): €4.00
• Colissimo (without signature, with insurance): €5.50
• Colissimo (signature required, with insurance): €8.50

🌎 Worldwide & Non-EU Shipping Rates

• Colissimo Pickup Point (delivery to a pickup location, without insurance): €5.00
• Colissimo (without signature, with insurance): €8.00 to €20.00 depending on the destination country
• Colissimo (signature required, with insurance): €11.90 to €28.00 depending on the destination country

Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postage costs. We recommend combining all your purchases into a single order. We are unable to combine separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each order individually. These rates apply to jewelry items only.

Tracked Letter or Colissimo with Signature:

A. Delivery by Tracked Letter

By choosing Tracked Letter as your shipping method, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions:

• No Insurance Coverage: Tracked Letter shipments do not include insurance against loss, theft, or damage. Therefore, in the event of a delivery issue (including mailbox theft, loss, or damage), no compensation may be claimed from our company.

• Limitation of Liability: Our company accepts no responsibility for risks associated with delivery to your mailbox. The risk of loss or theft is transferred to the buyer as soon as the postal tracking indicates delivery or deposit in the mailbox.

B. Delivery by Colissimo with Signature

When you choose Colissimo with Signature, the following conditions apply:

• Personal Delivery: This delivery method requires the recipient's signature upon receipt of the parcel. This signature serves as proof that the order has been successfully delivered.

• Claims Procedure: In the event of a delivery issue (parcel not received, damaged, etc.), the mandatory signature allows a claim procedure to be opened with La Poste. We will assist you throughout this process to help obtain a resolution.

C. Choice of Shipping Method

By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the buyer acknowledges having been informed of the specific risks associated with Tracked Letter delivery and expressly assumes this choice when placing an order. If in doubt, we recommend selecting a shipping method requiring a signature upon delivery.
