🇪🇺 Shipping Rates - Europe:

• International Tracked Letter (no signature, no insurance): €3
• Colissimo International (signature required, insured): €15

🌎 Shipping Rates - Worldwide (outside the EU):

• International Tracked Letter (no signature, no insurance): €3
• Colissimo International (signature required, insured): starting from €25

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postal fees. We recommend grouping your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will have to pay shipping fees for each one. These rates apply only to jewelry.

Delivery Delays & Issues:

Chérie SHERIFF declines all responsibility for any delay or failure in delivery due to La Poste's shipping service.

In case of an issue with your "Tracked Letter" shipment, a claim must be filed with La Poste's customer service at 3631.

No compensation will be provided in case of loss or theft caused by the shipping service.

For greater security and reliability, we recommend choosing Colissimo delivery with signature upon receipt.
