Article 1: Validity of the order placed on the website www.cherie-sheriff.com

The consumer acknowledges being fully informed that their agreement regarding the content of these general terms and conditions does not require a handwritten signature. Any order validated by the consumer on the website www.cherie-sheriff.com implies prior acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
Any contrary condition imposed by the buyer will therefore, in the absence of express acceptance, be unenforceable against the seller regardless of when it may have been brought to their attention. The fact that the seller does not rely at any given time on any of these general terms and conditions of sale cannot be interpreted as a waiver to rely on any of these conditions later.
The consumer declares having full legal capacity to commit to these general terms and conditions of sale. The content may be corrected at any time and without notice. The applicable conditions will be those in force on the site at the time of validation of the order by the consumer. As we cannot validly guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information on the site, our liability cannot be engaged, particularly in case of:
- any inaccuracy, inaccuracy, or omission regarding information available on the site;
- any damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party that has led to a modification of the information made available on the site;

Article 4: Product availability

Our product offers on the Site are valid only within the limit of available stock. In case of unavailability of the product after placing your order, we commit to informing you within 7 days and indicating the waiting time for receiving this product. If necessary, you can, if you wish, request the cancellation or replacement of a product by sending us a message via the contact form
All product offers on the Site are addressed to a selection of countries worldwide. Our promotional offers are valid only within the double limit of the validity period of the concerned offer and available stock. The prices on this Site are indicated in Euros including all taxes excluding shipping or delivery costs, and are subject to variation during the year, provided that the ordered products are invoiced at the prices in force at the time of order processing by Cherie SHERIFF. Our products remain our entire property until full payment of the price.

Article 5: Validity of the order

Upon confirmation of your order, materialized by the sending of an email, you declare accepting the content of it as well as the entirety of these general terms and conditions of sale fully and without reservation. Your order will then be processed so that you can receive your package. You can print your order form. Upon registration of your order, an acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to your email address. This acknowledgment will specify the exact amount that will be invoiced and the delivery terms of your order. This acknowledgment constitutes acceptance of your order and will validate the transaction. However, we reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

Article 6: Payment terms

Payment for your purchases on the Site is made exclusively in Euros and can be done either by credit card or PayPal. In case of payment by credit card, it is done online at the time of order placement and is entirely secure. The entire transaction is directed in encrypted mode to a bank validation server in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) mode. You then make your purchases with complete security.

Article 7: Delivery conditions

Products can be delivered to a selection of countries worldwide, to the address of your choice, according to the details you have provided to us. Cherie SHERIFF declines all responsibility in case of delay or absence of delivery due to the transmission of incorrect or incomplete elements concerning the delivery address that you have indicated to us. You will be delivered within an average period of 4 to 10 days from the validation of your order by Cherie SHERIFF, in case of payment by credit card or PayPal.

The company Chérie SHERIFF declines all responsibility in case of delay or absence of delivery related to the LA POSTE delivery service. In case of a problem with your "Lettre suivie" delivery, a complaint to the LA POSTE complaint service 3631 must be made by both parties. No compensation can be made in case of loss or theft attributable to the delivery service.
To better secure your order and for more reliability, you can, if you wish, opt for delivery by Colissimo with signature upon receipt.

Article 8: Product returns

Products purchased during sales are neither taken back nor exchanged.

If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us in its original packaging, in perfect condition, within 14 days of its receipt by you to:

You can choose between a credit note or a refund. This will be done within 14 days following the receipt of your request.
The costs and risks of the return are always the responsibility of the Customer.

Orders placed with a credit note cannot be refunded. In this case, an exchange or another credit note will be offered.

Despite all the care taken by Cherie SHERIFF in preparing the packages, a product may have a defect or be defective. Therefore, upon receipt of your order, it is your responsibility to verify the conformity of the received products. Any defect concerning the delivery (missing or broken product, damaged package) must be notified on the same day of receipt or at the latest on the first working day following the receipt to the Customer Service of Cherie SHERIFF, by mail addressed to Cherie SHERIFF - Versant du Moulin, 31290 Montclar-Lauragais, or through the contact form. Any claim made after this period will be rejected and Cherie SHERIFF will be released from any liability. Cherie SHERIFF reserves the right to request the return of the defective product. If all the aforementioned conditions are met, Cherie SHERIFF will then proceed either to the exchange, or to the refund of the defective product(s), or to the re-shipment of the missing product (subject to the validity of the request).

Cherie SHERIFF will not incur any liability for any indirect damages resulting from these terms, loss of operation, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, any damages or expenses.
